PATIENCE

I am nearly always inspired by nature. I find it therefore rather ironic that on a day when I despise her and her darkness and dampness most {oh and her annual 'spring ahead' joke too} one of my favorite quotes by Ralph Waldo Emerson came to mind, "Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience."

Just when I thought the dismal day was not going to provide the least bit of goodness, alas, it did.

I shall work on my patience.
